Guided Sail Training Experience for Groups and Teams

A guided sail training experience for groups, where participants actively take part in sailing a traditional sailing vessel. The experience focuses on teamwork, hands-on learning and safe operation at sea along the coast of northern Finland.

No prior sailing experience is required. Activities are structured, safety-oriented and adapted to the group, making the experience suitable for corporate groups, educational groups and international visitors. The group’s goals, schedule, and wishes shape the day – never a fixed, pre‑packed program. If needed, the content can be adjusted to emphasize either training or a memorable experiential adventure.

It is also possible to order coffee service or a meal as part of the sailing. Catering is planned together with trusted local partners, using high-quality and fresh ingredients. Special dietary requirements are taken into account in advance.

The maximum group size is 19 people. The price for an approximately four‑hour daytime sailing starts at €2,447.25.
